Temp Assure – Refund Policy
Temp Assure complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
– Products that are faulty or defective
– Products damaged during shipment
– Products not as described or incorrect items supplied
Items Not Eligible for Refund
– Consumables such as batteries
– Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
– Custom‑configured or modified equipment
How to Request a Refund
– Provide proof of purchase
– Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
– Obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) before sending goods back
