Temp Assure is a certified-accurate wireless-based monitoring system designed for food safety, vaccine storage, medical refrigeration, and cold‑chain environments. It replaces manual checks with automated, continuous logging and real‑time alerts normally for temperature and humidity but can include other variables.
All Temp Assure temperature sensors are designed to achieve ±0.2°C certified accuracy.
Humidity sensors are rated at ±2% RH accuracy.
Battery life ranges from 1–3 years depending on the update interval and operating environment.
The Temp Assure transmitters emit +20dBm in the 900MHz ISM band. Typical range is:
-100–800m in open areas
-75–125m in offices
-50–75m inside fridges/freezers with sheet‑metal construction

-CTH900B – Wireless temperature + humidity transmitter

The gateway is the communication bridge between transmitters and the cloud. It uses Wi‑Fi as its primary internet connection and switches to 4G if Wi‑Fi becomes unavailable. It supports up to 32 transmitters and meshes automatically with other gateways.
