1. Service Overview
Temp Assure provides a fully managed vaccine temperature monitoring service aligned with the National Vaccine Storage Guidelines – Strive for Five.
The service includes supply of monitoring hardware, secure cloud access, alarm configuration, ongoing platform access, and annual certified accuracy verification.
2. Service Activation & Fees
Upon activation, the customer agrees:
- A one-time Service Activation Fee of $129 per site will be charged
- A subscription fee of $23.70 per month per monitored refrigerator will be billed monthly, starting 1 month from the date of signing up.
- Supply of equipment to the site will typically take 10 to 14 days.
Subscription fees are automatically charged to the nominated payment method.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
3.Termination of Service
There is no minimum term of service. The Client may cancel their service at any time.
No activation fees or monthly payments will be refunded if the service is terminated. The customer accepts that these fees will be forfeited if the service is cancelled.
Equipment remains the property of Temp Assure Pty Ltd and must be returned in good and working order if the service is terminated. See Hardware Ownership.
4. Hardware Ownership
All monitoring hardware supplied under this service remains the property of Temp Assure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of service cancellation:
• Hardware must be returned within 14 days in good working condition.
• Failure to return hardware may result in replacement charges.
5. Annual Accuracy Verification
Annual certified accuracy verification is included under the active subscription.
Temp Assure will supply a certified reference transmitter to the customer site for verification purposes.
The customer agrees to:
• Follow provided verification instructions
• Return the reference transmitter within 7 days of receipt
Failure to return the reference transmitter may result in replacement charges.
Verification reports are stored within the monitoring platform for compliance reference.
6. Service Availability
Temp Assure will use reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability.
However, the customer acknowledges that:
• Internet connectivity at the customer site is outside Temp Assure’s control
• Temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance or system upgrades
7. Payment & Failed Transactions
If a scheduled subscription payment fails:
• Temp Assure may attempt automatic reprocessing
• Access to monitoring services may be suspended if payment remains outstanding
• Continued non-payment may result in service termination and hardware recovery
8. Limitation of Liability
The Temp Assure monitoring service provides real-time temperature reporting and alerting. However:
• The customer remains responsible for proper vaccine storage practices
• Temp Assure is not liable for stock loss arising from equipment failure, power outage, internet outage, or environmental events beyond reasonable control.
If the service fails and a loss of vaccine occurs as a result of the system failing to notify the customer, then liability is limited to the value of fees paid in the month when the failure occurred. No other liability will be accepted under any circumstances. If the system shows that eiither an email or SMS alert was sent out as a result of a temperature breach, then Temp Assure will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of that breach.
9. Amendments
Temp Assure reserves the right to update subscription fees upon renewal periods with reasonable notice.
