Our Warranty Promise

Temp Assure products are designed for long-term reliability in demanding food, healthcare, and cold-chain environments. We stand behind the quality of our equipment and provide a clear, straightforward warranty to give you confidence in every degree.

Standard Warranty Coverage

– All Temp Assure hardware – including CTX900A, CTH900B, CFP200A and WNG0924A – is covered by a standard return-to-base warranty for a defined period from the date of purchase (12 months).

– The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.

– During the warranty period, Temp Assure will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product that proves to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

– Replacement products may be new or equivalent-to-new and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or an additional period as required by law.

Extended Warranty Coverage

Extended Warranty is a subscription option that will allow the standard warranty to continue while the extended warranty subscription is paid up to date. Contact support@tempassure.com.au to find out more details.

– CTX900A Wireless Temperature Transmitters

– CTH900B Wireless Temperature & Humidity Transmitters

– CFP200A Certified Food Probes

– WNG0924A Gateways (including Wi‑Fi/4G electronics)

– Approved power supplies and accessories supplied by Temp Assure

What Is Not Covered

– Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, impact, or unauthorised modification.

– Damage resulting from exposure to environments outside the specified operating range.

– Damage caused by power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, or other external events.

– Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect operation.

– Batteries beyond their expected service life.

– Third-party equipment not supplied by Temp Assure.

Interruptions to the internet or power that result in data being lost or delayed.

Batteries and Consumables

Transmitter and probe batteries are considered consumable items. Typical battery life is 1 to 3 years depending on update interval and operating conditions. Battery life variation is not considered a defect; however, if you believe a battery-related issue is due to a product fault rather than normal use, please contact support for assessment.

Certified Accuracy and Calibration

Temp Assure sensors are designed to achieve ±0.2°C accuracy when used within their specified range. Where certification is provided, it applies at the time of calibration. Drift over time is normal for all sensors and is not itself a warranty fault. Re-certification and recalibration services are available as a separate, billable service.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

– Contact Temp Assure support with details of the issue.

– Provide the product model, serial number (if available), date of purchase, and site details.

– Our support team may request logs, photos, or a brief description of how the device is installed.

– If a return is required, you will receive instructions and an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.

– Pack the product securely and return it to the nominated service address.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Temp Assure’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at our discretion. Temp Assure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the equipment, including but not limited to loss of product, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your statutory rights.
