Temp Assure is a certified-accurate wireless-based monitoring system designed for food safety, vaccine storage, medical refrigeration, and cold‑chain environments. It replaces manual checks with automated, continuous logging and real‑time alerts normally for temperature and humidity but can include other variables.
All Temp Assure temperature sensors are designed to achieve ±0.2°C certified accuracy.
Humidity sensors are rated at ±2% RH accuracy.
Battery life ranges from 1–3 years depending on the update interval and operating environment.
The Temp Assure transmitters emit +20dBm in the 900MHz ISM band. Typical range is:
-100–800m in open areas
-75–125m in offices
-50–75m inside fridges/freezers with sheet‑metal construction
-CTX900A – Wireless temperature transmitter
-CTH900B – Wireless temperature + humidity transmitter
-CTH900QVA-Wireless Temperature and Humidity transmitter with Quick View Display

The gateway is the communication bridge between transmitters and the cloud. It uses Wi‑Fi as its primary internet connection and switches to 4G if Wi‑Fi becomes unavailable. It supports up to 32 transmitters and meshes automatically with other gateways.
Yes. Each transmitter can store up to 1 year of logged readings and will automatically upload the data when it returns within range of any Temp Assure gateway.
If a gateway is out of Wi‑Fi/4G coverage, it can forward data through another gateway. Gateways automatically form a mesh, where Level 0 is the internet‑connected gateway, Level 1 is one hop away, etc.
No. Most installations take only a few minutes.
-Stick the magnetic receptacles at the desired locations.
-Place the transmitters and the gateways in their receptacles.
-Power the gateway or gateways, connect to Wi‑Fi, and the system self‑configures.
No special software is required. The system uploads securely to the online monitoring portal.
If you have login credentials for a site, you can view the information you have been approved to view by the site administrator. Multi‑site monitoring and reporting are supported via the cloud portal.
Yes. Temp Assure supports HACCP, food safety standards, pharmacy vaccine (Strive for Five) storage requirements, and general medical and food cold‑chain compliance.
Yes. Temperature alerts can be sent via SMS, email, and the gateway’s on‑device alarm.
Each WNG0924A gateway supports up to 32 transmitters. This ensures reliable bi‑directional communication with time‑slot management.
Gateways have battery backup options. Transmitters continue to log data and upload once power returns.
Yes. All Temp Assure sensors can be recertified and/or recalibrated for ongoing compliance verification in accordance with the legislative requirements for your industry. Temp Assure’s reference devices are NATA traceable.
Yes. All Temp Assure devices are fully warranted for the first year. After that, you can opt for the permanent warranty as an ongoing annual or monthly subscription.
Yes. Temp Assure is designed to be cost‑efficient while providing premium certified and robust performance.
