The CFP100A is a certified, high-accuracy wireless food temperature probe designed for fast and reliable spot-checking of hot and cold food temperatures. It enables instant recording of food safety checks without manual data entry.

The CFP100A is designed for use with a mobile phone or tablet with a web browser, positioned in easy reach of the food preparation or testing area.

Food safety checklists are easily selected directly in the browser.  Initiate the temperature measurement by pressing the “Test” button

The measured temperature is immediately updated on the checklist immediately, and a clear pass or fail indicator is displayed based on the defined food safety limits.
